Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) carefully before using the Blogs Bank website (the “Service”) operated by Blogs Bank (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Services Provided

Blogs Bank operates an online marketplace selling premium digital assets and SEO-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Domain Acquisition: Sale and transfer of pre-vetted domains.
  • Link Building Services: Guest Post placements, Link Insertion, and Sponsored Content placement on third-party websites.
  • Agency Packages: Custom service bundles.

3. User Obligations and Content Policy

3.1. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not submit any content, links, or domain-related actions that are illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on any third-party rights. 3.2. Content Responsibility (Guest Posts/Links): You are solely responsible for the content you provide to us for publication (including anchor text and target URLs). We reserve the right to refuse any content we deem inappropriate, low-quality, or harmful to our network or clients. 3.3. Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration and checkout process.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

4.1. Pricing: All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is final. 4.2. Payment: Full payment for all services and digital assets must be received upfront before the fulfillment process begins. 4.3. Taxes: Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout if required by law.

5. Service Fulfillment and Delivery

5.1. Domain Transfer: Domain transfers are initiated immediately upon payment confirmation. Transfer speed is dependent on the respective registrar’s policies. 5.2. Link Placement Services (Guest Post/Insertion): The estimated fulfillment timeline is typically 5 to 15 business days. This timeline is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., publisher responsiveness). We will notify you of significant delays. 5.3. Confirmation: Delivery is confirmed when the link is published live and a live URL is provided to the client, or the domain transfer initiation proof is sent.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Crucial Section)

Due to the nature of digital assets and non-reversible SEO placements, our refund policy is strict:

6.1. Domains: No Refunds will be issued once the domain transfer process has been officially initiated (i.e., the domain has been pushed to the client’s account or the transfer request has been submitted). 6.2. Service Cancellation (Before Delivery): You may cancel a link placement service (Guest Post/Link Insertion) within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order is placed in production, and cancellation is at our discretion and may incur a fee. 6.3. Guaranteed Refund (Failure to Deliver): A full refund will be processed only if we are unable to fulfill the service (i.e., the link is not published, or the domain is undeliverable) within 30 calendar days of placing the order. 6.4. Link Removal: If a publisher removes a link placed by us within 90 days of delivery, we will replace the link with another link of equal quality at no additional cost or offer a full service credit. Link removals beyond 90 days are not covered. 6.5. No Refund for Performance: We do not guarantee SEO results. No refunds will be provided based on lack of ranking improvements, traffic increases, or negative SEO effects, as these factors are controlled by search engine algorithms (Google, etc.) and not by Blogs Bank.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties (SEO Performance)

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You acknowledge that all SEO work, including link building, carries inherent risks. Blogs Bank makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the outcome, ranking improvements, or traffic increases resulting from the use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blogs Bank, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Blogs Bank is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.
